Duties & Taxes Duties and taxes are typically included at checkout for international orders shipped via FedEx International Connect Plus. In rare cases, additional fees may be assessed by customs or the carrier and are the responsibility of the customer.

Missing Orders
If your order is missing or incomplete, please contact us within 30 days of the ship date so we can assist.
Before reaching out, please check your tracking information to confirm the status of your delivery. In some cases, carriers may mark packages as delivered prior to arrival or leave them in a secure location.
If your tracking shows “delivered” but the package is missing or delivered to the wrong address (including incorrect delivery photos), please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.
We are not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after delivery has been confirmed by the carrier.
