Returns
We offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have thirty (30) days from the date you receive your order to request a return. To qualify for a return, your item must be in its original condition: unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
To initiate a return, please email us at support@yumslife.com or call (877) 484-3657. If your return request is approved, we'll email you a return shipping label along with detailed instructions for sending your package back to us. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, so we can quickly resolve the issue.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
The quickest way to get the item you want is to return your original item, and once your return is approved, place a new order for the desired product. If you received an item as a gift and would like to exchange it, please contact us at support@yumslife.com or call us at (877) 484-3657. Gift exchanges must meet the same conditions as standard returns.
Once we've received and inspected your return, we'll notify you about the status of your refund. To qualify for a refund, your item must be unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. If approved, your refund will be automatically issued to your original payment method. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
At this time, we do not issue refunds for gift items. However, we will gladly exchange gift items that meet our standard return criteria.
