What is your return policy?
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have thirty (30) days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, go to your customer account. If you don't have an account, you can contact us by emailing us at support@yumslife.com or calling us at (877) 484-3657. If your return is accepted, we will send you an email with a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
For sneaker returns, shoe boxes must be placed inside a separate shipping box when returned. Do not apply shipping labels directly to the shoe box. Returns received without proper packaging will not be accepted. For exceptions and non-returnable items, please refer to the information below. What if my order arrives damaged?
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, so we can quickly resolve the issue.
Are there any items that can't be returned?
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Can I exchange an item instead of returning it?
The quickest way to get the item you want is to return your original item, and once your return is approved, place a new order for the desired product. If you received an item as a gift and would like to exchange it, please contact us at support@yumslife.com or call us at (877) 484-3657. Gift exchanges must meet the same conditions as standard returns.
How will I receive my refund?
Once we've received and inspected your return, we'll notify you about the status of your refund. To qualify for a refund, your item must be unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. If approved, your refund will be automatically issued to your original payment method. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
At this time, we do not issue refunds for gift items. However, we will gladly exchange gift items that meet our standard return criteria.
