Born and raised in Dallas, Texas, Tex Moton has been a leader in the city’s art scene for decades. As a teenager in 1991, Tex co-founded an elite graffiti artist collective called Infinite Crew (aka I.C.). Since its incorporation, I.C. has pushed the artistic street art boundaries and culture in Dallas, TX with innovative styles and techniques. Tex expanded his artistic range to include fashion by designing and conceptualizing the YUMS brand. In 2007, YUMS launched its first collection of flagship sneakers, the Sweet Series, which embodied the bold colors and clean lines of Tex’s signature graffiti style. It was this combination of his unique art, mixed with his love for food, snacks, and all treats worldwide that gained an instant fan following and love. He now incorporates his use of bold colors, rich fabrics, and clean design lines to bring the world his latest YUMS collections connecting with people and evoking joy and excitement to all who see his vision!
